Open Jira projects collect dead weight — issues nobody has touched in a year, tickets whose reporter has left, items frozen in a status with no comments. IssueKeeper finds them, gives each a clear AI verdict, and lets you clean up safely in bulk.

Getting started

1. Install IssueKeeper from the Atlassian Marketplace. Open it from the Jira Apps menu.
2. Pick a project (or all projects) and an idle threshold in days, then click Scan.
3. Click AI triage to get a close / keep / review verdict and a one-line reason on each issue.
4. Select the issues you trust the verdict on and choose an action: Close (transition to Done), Add a review label, or Comment the assignee. Confirm, and you're done.

Safety

• Every action runs as you — Jira's permissions always apply.
• Two-step confirm before any bulk change; a full session receipt of what changed.
• Protect any issue from action by adding the issuekeeper-reviewed label.
• Everything is reversible — closes can be reopened, labels and comments removed.

Privacy

IssueKeeper runs entirely on Atlassian. Your issue content never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure. See the Privacy Policy.
